Chandra Hanke

Chandra Hanke is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Interim Associate Principal at White Bear Lake Area High School since July 2023. Hanke has a strong background in educational leadership, previously holding positions such as Administrator of Online Academy in the Fridley Public School District from August 2020 to June 2022, and Instructional Leader and Teacher at Fridley Public Schools from August 1993 to June 2022. Additionally, Hanke was the Dean of Students at Fridley Senior High School from August 2014 to July 2020 and has held roles as Dean and Counselor at Concordia Language Villages from 1986 to 2005, and as a Teacher at Hibbing High School from September 1997 to June 1999. Educational qualifications include an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of St. Thomas, a Master of Education in Teaching ESL & German from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from Macalester College.
