Traci Bowermaster's work experience began in 1997 as a Teacher at Fairview Health Services in Forest Lake, where they worked until 1999. In 2000, they worked as a Century Junior High employee in Forest Lake for a year. Traci then joined the Association of Recovery Schools as a Board Member in 2003 and held the position until 2015. In 2001, they became a Lead Teacher at White Bear Lake Area Schools, ISD #624, and in November 2020, they took on the role of Head Speech Coach at the same organization.
Traci Bowermaster has a comprehensive education history that spans many years. Traci began their educational journey in 1986 at St. Cloud State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and Teaching. Traci successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1991.
After a few years, Traci decided to further their education and enrolled at Bethel University. From 1996 to 1998, they studied at Bethel University and earned a Master's degree in Education (M.Ed.) with a specialization in Special Education and Teaching.
Traci's passion for helping others and their desire to deepen their knowledge and skills led their to pursue yet another degree. In 2015, they enrolled in Augsburg University and embarked on a journey to obtain a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. Traci dedicated four years to their studies and successfully completed their degree in Social Work in 2019.
With their diverse educational background in both special education and social work, Traci Bowermaster is equipped with valuable expertise that allows their to navigate various fields and effectively support individuals in need.
