David Harper

David Harper is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in management and sales across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at White Cap since October 2020, David has previously held multiple roles including Regional Sales Manager and District Manager. Prior to White Cap, David was Vice President of Sales at Oldcastle APG and held commercial sales management positions at Oldcastle, where notable achievements included a 38% growth in Northern California sales. David's career also includes significant contributions at Hilti USA, where sales consistently outpaced market growth during a tenure as Regional Manager, and successful account management roles at PepsiCo. David holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
