Geoff Dell

Geoff Dell currently serves as District Sales Manager at White Cap since November 2023. Prior to this role, Geoff was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Epoch Lacrosse from October 2021 to October 2023 and founded the 9280 Pond Hockey Tournament, successfully building and exiting the largest all-ages pond hockey tournament in the U.S. Geoff held the position of Director of Business Development for the Chemical division at Dayton Superior from August 2017 to April 2021, and served as Principal at Defgel Enterprises from October 1999 to August 2017, representing manufacturers in the sporting goods, footwear, and consumer goods sectors. Additional experience includes roles at Reebok/CCM, Reebok, The Rockport Company, K2 Sports, and Helly Hansen, where Geoff excelled in various sales positions focusing on lacrosse, team sports, and footwear.
