Prior to this, Steve held the position of Senior Recruiter at The Bolton Group from September 2017 to June 2021, specializing in placing finance and accounting professionals. At Avery Partners from January 2013 to September 2017, Steve excelled as an Executive Recruiter and Recruiting Manager, implementing strategies that increased productivity and improved client management. Steve also worked as a recruiter and career strategist at SEHaynes from March 2010 to January 2013, focusing on healthcare executive and technology recruiting.
