Beth Carter

Beth Carter is a seasoned professional in the fields of diversity, inclusion, and internal communications, with extensive experience in global law firms such as White & Case LLP and Ashurst. Currently serving as Global Senior Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at White & Case since November 2020, Beth has successfully implemented numerous initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Prior roles include Global Manager of Diversity and Inclusion, where significant contributions were made to executive coaching programs and diversity data collection efforts. At Ashurst, Beth progressed through various internal communications positions, overseeing communications strategies across multiple regions. Prior experience includes managing communications and marketing at The Law Society of New South Wales and working as a freelance journalist. Beth holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Laws along with a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wollongong.
