Florent Giraud

Florent Giraud is an Associate in Corporate M&A at White & Case LLP, a position held since September 2022. Giraud has extensive experience in Corporate M&A, having previously served as a trainee lawyer at both Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and White & Case LLP, as well as at Clifford Chance. Prior to these roles, Giraud was in-house counsel for Corporate M&A at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts and completed a legal internship at UGGC law firm. Giraud holds advanced qualifications in international business law and management from ESSEC Business School, and has earned several master's degrees in comparative business law from Université de Montréal and Université Lumière Lyon 2, along with a certificate in Chinese law from China University of Political Science and Law.
