Lillian McCaw

Lillian McCaw is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer for the Americas at White & Case LLP since June 2018, and previously held various HR leadership roles including Interim Director of HR for APAC. Prior to this, Lillian worked at Tesco PLC from June 2009 to March 2018 in positions such as International People Director and Head of Resourcing and Talent for Asia, managing HR activities across multiple international business units. Lillian's early career included roles at Moloney Search as a Consultant and at Ernst & Young as a Graduate Trainee. Lillian holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
