Rowena Bonifacio

Rowena Bonifacio is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently, Rowena serves as Senior Manager of HR Shared Services at White & Case LLP, a position held since July 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing global operations in Recruitment, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Services, HRIS, Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Local HR operations. Prior to this role, Rowena was HRIS Manager at Sykes Asia Inc. from September 2007 to July 2012, leading the HR Infrastructure Team in implementing HR projects and managing SAP HR Project Implementation for labor compliance involving 15,000 employees. Rowena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Santo Tomas, earned between 1986 and 1991.
