Tim Power

Tim Power is a lawyer with 30 years of experience in environmental and sustainability law, particularly in areas such as native title, climate change, and natural resource law. Currently a Partner at White & Case, they specialize in environmental, planning, and land acquisition law, and have advised on the Equator Principles and Environmental and Social Performance Standards for new projects. Tim previously held solicitor positions at various firms, including Kelly & Co. Lawyers and Herbert Smith Freehills, where they became a Partner. Tim holds a Masters of Environment from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of South Australia, and an LLM, LLB, and BA from the University of Adelaide.
