Spencer Lau, Jr. serves as the Finance Manager at the White Center Community Development Association since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Finance and Interim Director of Human Resources at Honolulu Community Action Program from December 2016 to March 2021, as well as various finance and operational positions at First Hawaiian Bank from April 2013 to November 2016. Spencer commenced a career in public service as a Legislative Aide for the State of Hawaii between June 2008 and December 2012. Spencer holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Chaminade University of Honolulu, completed in December 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the same institution, awarded in December 2012.
