Ted Hoover

Ted Hoover has been a Senior Data Developer at White Clay for the past two years. Prior to that, they spent eleven years as a Sales Director at Nationwide Insurance, where they were responsible for leading a team of field consultants providing support for affiliated agencies seeking merger and acquisitions. Ted also helped develop prospecting and due diligence expertise for their team, and worked to build new capabilities within the program to enhance value to agents seeking Nationwide's services.

Before joining Nationwide, Ted spent 21 years with Donegal Group and PMA Insurance Group in progressively responsible positions, culminating in their role as Manager.

Ted has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years, and their experience and expertise have been invaluable to White Clay in helping them develop their data program.

Ted Hoover has a bachelor's degree in Government & Public Administration from American University. Ted also has certification from the National Agents Alliance - Society of CIC in CIC Certified Insurance Counselor.

Ted Hoover reports to Mike Wright, Chief Technology Officer. Ted Hoover works with Alex Jacobs - Senior Data Scientist, Andy Darrah - Senior Data Developer, and Evan Wright - Data Scientist.
