Brian Steenhard has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Brian started their career at Arthur Andersen, LLP as a Senior Audit Associate from 1999 to 2002. Brian then worked at Aquila as a Segment Controller from 2002 to 2004, followed by a role as Manager of Financial Reporting from 2004 to 2006. Brian then joined Hawkeye Energy as the VP of Finance / Controller from 2006 to 2012. Brian then served as the Chief Financial Officer at Aventine Renewable Energy, Inc from 2012 to 2015. Brian's next position was at L3 Financial, where they worked as a Managing Director from 2015 to 2019. Most recently, they have been serving as the Chief Executive Officer at White Energy Holding LLC since 2019.
Brian Steenhard obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa between 1995 and 1999. Brian further pursued higher education at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, receiving a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration during the academic year 2011-2012.
