Laura Gale

Laura Gale is the CEO and Founder of White & Gale Consulting Inc., specializing in Compensation and Total Rewards. With extensive experience as a Total Rewards Consultant while self-employed, Laura has previously held managerial roles in compensation at Aritzia and lululemon, as well as in Workday Practice at PwC Canada. Laura Gale holds a Masters of Industrial Relations from Queen's University and an Honours Arts degree in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo.
