Rahul Saraf has extensive experience in risk operations, having worked as the Head of Risk & Fraud at White Hat Gaming since November 2018 and previously as the Manager - Global Risk Operations at Ivy Comptech. With a background in Bachelor of Science in Computers and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Rahul has managed various aspects of risk including financial, gaming, AML, payment, B2B, and regulatory risks. Rahul has also handled chargebacks, KYC validation processes, and revenue generation through credit limit management. Additionally, Rahul has successfully managed new market launches and system migrations, serving as a key liaison for compliance, legal, and other teams in relation to risk-based processes.
