Edward Giordano

Edward Giordano is currently the Chief Financial Officer at White Horse Finance. Prior to this, they were with H.I.G. Capital from September 2013 to July 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer - Credit Platform. Before that, they were with Black Diamond Capital Management, L.L.C from December 2005 to September 2013 as Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer.

Giordano began their career in 1993 at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Manager and then moved to First Eagle Alternative Credit. In 2003, they joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager before moving to Black Diamond Capital Management in 2005.

In August 2019, Giordano became the Chief Financial Officer at Addition LLC but left in November 2019 to join White Horse Finance.

Edward Giordano reports to Stuart Aronson, CEO. They work with Javier Casillas - Member of the Investment Committee, Pankaj Gupta - Member of the Investment Committee.
