Jessica Provencher

Jessica Provencher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and project delivery. At White Label IQ, Jessica served as Senior Account Manager - Operational Lead from September 2021 to June 2025, overseeing operational service management and account health. Prior roles included Account Manager and Digital Project Manager at the same company. Jessica also contributed significantly at Madwire® as Lead Advanced Project Manager, where over 40 projects were planned and executed, and held various project management roles. Previous experience includes graphic design for Swift Communications, Inc. and Steamboat Pilot & Today, as well as creating illustrations for St. John Lutheran Church. Jessica holds a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration and a BA in Ecclesiastical Art from Concordia University, Nebraska.
