Paul McGuigan

Paul McGuigan currently serves as Senior Director of Real Estate Construction and Design at White Owl Family Office Group, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Paul was the Director of Real Estate and Development at BRL Realty Limited from 2016 to 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Construction at Carttera from 2012 to 2016, and in various roles at Higgins Development Partners from 2007 to 2012, including Vice-President and Senior Manager for the Canadian Region. Paul began the career as an Architect at Pearce McCluskey Architects and held positions as Intern Architect/Project Manager at Dunlop Architects and Intern Architect/Project Coordinator at Spencer R. Higgins Architect Incorporated. Early career experience includes urban design and heritage planning at the City of Mississauga. Paul holds a B.Arch. degree in Architecture from the University of Toronto.
