Karen Banoff

Karen Banoff is the current Vice President of Organizational Performance at White Plains Hospital. Karen has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, starting their career as a Pediatric Critical Care Nurse at New York Hospital. From there, they transitioned into hospital administration, serving as the Director of Planning at Saint Raphael Healthcare System and then as a Principal at KMB Consulting LLC. In their most recent position, they are responsible for leading and improving the hospital's performance. Throughout their career, Karen has been committed to ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.

Karen Banoff is a Doctor of Nursing Practice who specializes in leadership and education from Sacred Heart University. Karen also has a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in health services management from New York University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester.
