Ben Slaton

Ben Slaton is currently the Plant Superintendent at White River Protein, overseeing day-to-day operations and shift scheduling. They previously served as Grain Handling Manager at Oxbow Crush and held various management roles, including Operations Manager at Express Grain Terminals, LLC, and Production Manager at JJ Ferguson Prestress. Ben began their career in the field as a Project Superintendent at Mike Rozier Construction and worked on multiple job sites, while also gaining experience in farming and drilling operations. They are pursuing an education at Mississippi Delta Community College.
