Jason J. Lewis, PT, DPT, CEAS is a highly experienced physical therapist and founder of GOAL Therapy Specialists, LLC, where a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered therapy services is prioritized. With a diverse background spanning various healthcare facilities, including City Hospital at White Rock and Baylor Medical Center at Uptown, Jason has developed expertise in evaluating and treating patients across acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, and surgical readiness contexts. Jason holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Alabama State University, a Master of Physical Therapy from Howard University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Jackson State University.
