Rashid Syed

Rashid Syed, MBA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at White Rock Medical Center since October 2023 and at Village Health since December 2019, where responsibilities include leadership in healthcare operations. Rashid also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at NCP Healthcare Management since May 2017, focusing on strategy, growth, compliance, and financial management. As a co-founder and trustee of Spring Educational Foundation/BHA Houston since January 2019, and a former executive board member of Klein Islamic Center from May 2018 to April 2021, contributions to the community have been significant.
