Dustin Betz is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in venture operations with a diverse background in supporting startups and fostering entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Venture Operations at White Rose Ventures since January 2024, Dustin focuses on promoting equitable access to capital for sustainable growth in central Pennsylvania. Previously, as the Director of the Funding Lab and Content Director at the Founder Institute, Dustin contributed significantly to the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, assisting over 6,500 portfolio companies. Additionally, mentorship roles at prominent institutions such as Orion Startups, USC Incubator, and Startup Mexico underscore a commitment to guiding emerging ventures. As the Founder and Chief BEEologist of BEEcosystem LLC, Dustin developed an innovative e-commerce platform and built a successful business, while earlier experiences include sales development at Solar Innovations and leadership roles in community-building initiatives. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Interdisciplinary Honors in Engineering Entrepreneurship and Horticulture from Penn State University.

We do this through our funding arm and our support arm. The White Rose Impact Fund is our investment fund supporting the region's most ambitious entrepreneurs and operators.
