Joe Quinn W. is an accomplished venture capital professional currently serving as General Partner at White Star Capital since 2019, where the focus is on supporting exceptional entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses internationally. Prior experience includes co-founding Paycelerate and serving as Venture Director at Nova Founders Capital as well as co-founding Edirect Insure/frank.co.th, where Joe acted as Interim CEO until its acquisition by Boltech. Joe's career also includes a decade at Deutsche Bank as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. Joe holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London and studied at Westminster School.
