Amanda is the Senior Paralegal located in the Portland office and assists all attorneys with various corporate, securities and IP matters. Her over 30 years of experience working in house for tech and consumer goods companies, as well as with a sole practitioner and various mid-size law firms, has enabled her to gain expertise in assisting with initial public offerings, private placement and debt offerings, formations, corporate and securities compliance, stock option plans, investor relations, patent and trademark matters, and other business matters.
