Aheli Acharya currently serves as the Strategy & Operations Lead at White Swan Data since April 2023, after holding the position of Strategy & Operations Manager. Prior to this, Aheli worked as a consultant for various startups from January 2023 to March 2023 and managed growth and profitability initiatives at Zomato from March 2022 to August 2022. Aheli's experience also includes serving as Chief of Staff for TrueFan, where significant advancements were made in celebrity fan engagement from April 2020 to February 2022. Aheli's earlier career features roles at Crédit Agricole CIB in FX & Rates Sales, where expertise was applied in risk management and investment products, and as a research intern at the Reserve Bank of India, where a research paper on deglobalization was authored. Aheli's internships at Britannia Industries Limited and Philips involved valuable data analysis and marketing initiatives. Aheli holds an MSc in Financial Statistics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.Sc (Hons) in Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.

The nature of our work and the relative immaturity of modern betting markets means opportunities to exploit are not in short supply. But people with sufficient skill and versatility to attack these projects are hard to find! So we are always looking for graduates or working practitioners in any technical discipline with an aptitude for analysing betting markets or for writing software to bet into those markets.
