As the Owner and Creative Director of Indy Marketing and Design since 2016, Carissa has honed skills in leading innovative marketing strategies. In addition to this role, Carissa serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at The Hustle Marketing and Design since January 2021, further enhancing expertise in operational management. Carissa has been with White Tail Automation since 2010, currently holding the position of Marketing Manager and previously serving as Marketing Director. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Mount Royal University, completed in 2014.
