Arvy Dela Cruz has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2017, Arvy worked as a Supply Specialist in the United States Air Force for four years. In 2021, Arvy transitioned into healthcare recruitment as a Healthcare Recruiter at Priority Care Staffing. The following year, Arvy joined Randstad Sourceright as a Recruiting Specialist, supporting Google. Currently, Arvy is working as a Search Consultant at White Tiger Connections Inc., where they provide executive search, recruitment, and lead generation solutions to clients.
Arvy Dela Cruz began their education in 2018 at The University of Arizona Global Campus, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Arvy completed their degree in 2022.
Following their undergraduate studies, Arvy enrolled at Pace University - Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems in 2023. Arvy pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism, which they completed in 2024.
In addition to their academic degrees, Arvy obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2021, they completed certifications in Digital Marketing 101, Digital Marketing Tools and Techniques, and Tools- Google Analytics for Beginners from Simplilearn. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Cybersecurity Compliance Framework & System Administration, Cybersecurity Roles, Processes & Operating System Security from Coursera. Moreover, they also acquired the certification in Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn in February 2022.
