Vishwaraj Kolge

Vishwaraj Kolge is a Development Engineer at White since April 2024, previously serving as a Design Engineer at T.RAD North America, Inc. from April 2021 to April 2024. At T.RAD, Vishwaraj led design activities for automotive heat exchanger projects, conducted in-depth design reviews, and implemented Engineering Changes, while also performing CAE analyses with ANSYS and conducting DFMEA analyses. Prior to this role, Vishwaraj was a Mechanical Researcher at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, focusing on crack propagation prediction in composites using Finite Element Methods. Additionally, Vishwaraj contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Physics and Fluid Mechanics, and gained experience as a Design Engineer Intern and Product Development Intern in earlier roles. Vishwaraj holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
