Bailey Woofter

Bailey Woofter is an experienced geology professional currently serving as the Geology Manager for the Peace River Arch at Whitecap Resources Inc., a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Bailey held multiple senior geologist positions within Whitecap and its predecessor TORC Oil & Gas Ltd., where expertise in various business units was developed. Earlier experience includes geology roles at Crescent Point Energy and Striker Exploration Corp, as well as foundational positions at Legacy Oil + Gas Inc., PetroBakken Energy Ltd., TriStar Oil & Gas Ltd., and Real Resources. Bailey obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Geology from Queen's University between 2003 and 2007.
