Shandi Bard

Shandi Bard is an experienced operations analyst and technologist with a robust background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Operations Analyst and previously as an Operations Technologist at Whitecap Resources Inc. since November 2016, Shandi has extensive expertise gained from roles at Ridgeback Resources Inc. (2008-2015) as a Drilling Technologist, managing multiwell horizontal drilling programs and various drilling operations, as well as from positions at Petrobank and Hawker Resources. Shandi's early career included work as a Production Technologist at Lomalta Petroleum and experience with Avalanche Oil and Gas Ltd. A graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology, Shandi possesses a well-rounded skill set in drilling operations, project management, and operational efficiency.
