Rob Lafragola

Rob Lafragola has a strong background in finance and accounting. Rob currently holds the position of Senior Director of Recruitment at WhiteCap Search, where they focus on finding top talent in the accounting and finance fields for various companies. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Accounting/Finance at The Execu|Search Group for over 10 years. Rob also has experience as a Tax Manager at Turner Construction Company, where they prepared and reviewed tax returns and conducted research on tax compliance issues. Before that, they worked as a Senior III Tax Accountant at Ernst & Young LLP, where they prepared tax returns and implemented financial regulations for large energy companies.

Rob Lafragola obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Saint John's University - Peter J. Tobin College of Business. Rob attended the university from 2001 to 2004.
