Jessica Koh is the current Chief Data & Product Officer at WhiteCoat. Jessica has also previously served as the Head of Data Analytics at Fundnel Limited. In their current role, Jessica is responsible for product planning/roadmap, project management and infrastructure. Jessica also oversees the implementation of new features across all products for WhiteCoat, including mobile apps and CMS systems. In addition, Jessica is responsible for integrating third party services for data collection and business management. Jessica also enhances all platform products using insights generated from data points for targeting/profiling and improvements in user experience.
Prior to their current role, Jessica served as the Head of Data Analytics at Fundnel Limited. In this role, they were responsible for planning, designing and implementing lead generation activities together with the planning and establishment of marketing protocols across all channels and touch points. Jessica also planned for data collection through the creation of marketing automation processes and knowledge bases. Additionally, Jessica established the analytics and data infrastructure with the team and managed user databases across all data points. Jessica also generated insights from data analytics for targeting/profiling and improvements in user experience. Lastly, Jessica oversaw project and product management of tech builds.
Jessica has a wealth of experience in product management, marketing strategy and planning, data/digital analytics, email marketing and analytics, social media analytics, and content management. Jessica has also played an integral role in the implementation and integration of third party services with CMS systems. Through their various roles in the tech industry, Jessica has demonstrated their ability to drive growth and innovation within organizations.
Jessica Koh completed a BCom/BA at the University of Melbourne in 2010, majoring in Marketing, Management, Psychology, and Criminology.
