Michael Govier

Michael Govier currently serves as the Head of Product and Market Innovation at Whitecroft Lighting, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Michael spent a decade at Texecom Ltd., where responsibilities evolved from Key Account Manager to Customer Alignment Manager and finally to Product Manager, overseeing product ranges throughout their lifecycle. Earlier career experiences include senior installer at Keyways Security Systems Limited, a sales role at QED Distribution, and Technical Team Leader at FCO Services.gov.uk, where Michael rose from an apprentice position. Educational qualifications include a Mini MBA in Business Leadership from The University of Salford and a Product Management Certification from Tarigo. Additionally, Michael has completed a Prince 2 Practitioner training program.
