Christine Swain is an experienced leader in talent research, currently serving as the Head of Talent Research at WhiteCrow Research since January 2016, where expertise in supporting talent management needs for Boards, CEOs, and senior executives spans various industries including energy and technology. Prior to this role, Christine was a Talent Research Manager at WhiteCrow Research and worked as a freelance Interim Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist, providing innovative sourcing solutions to progressive organizations. Early career experiences include positions as a Medical Underwriter at Otterrisk Solutions and Standard Life, assessing life cover for clients, along with a career break for maternity leave from December 2005 to December 2010.
