Alicia Softich began their work experience in 1999 at Bank One, where they held multiple positions including Merchant Teller, Teller, and Head Teller. Alicia then moved on to Glacier Bank in 2002, where they worked as a Teller Customer Service Representative and New Account Representative for one year. In 2005, they joined Rocky Mountain Bank as a Customer Service Manager and Branch Operations Officer until 2013. Alicia'smost recent role was as the VP of Digital Services at Whitefish Credit Union, where they oversaw back office processing functionalities and the development of the Digital Services Branch.
Alicia Softich completed the Credit Union Leadership Development program at Take the Lead from 2016 to 2018. Alicia also participated in the Leadership Flathead program from 2012 to 2013 for leadership development. In addition, they obtained the certification of Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) from WESTERN CUNA MANAGEMENT SCHOOL in 2022.
