Andrea Kaiser

Andrea Kaiser has a wide range of work experience in the technology industry. Andrea started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at 3Com, where they provided phone support and resolved technical issues for customers in Central America and northern Latin America. Andrea then became a Professional Services Engineer at 3Com, implementing Networking and VoIP solutions across Latin America and delivering training on 3Com products. Andrea also served as a L2 Level Technical Lead at 3Com, where they mentored team members and coordinated resolution activities for enterprise support cases.

After leaving 3Com, Andrea worked as a Technology Consultant at HP, where they developed sales leads and delivered consulting services for clients across Latin America. Andrea then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Network Consultant, leading IT solution delivery and providing project management support.

From there, Andrea gained experience in cloud computing, participating in programs with AWS and Google to enhance their skills in cloud architecture. Andrea also worked as an Oracle Cloud Consultant at Randstad, where they completed an intensive training program and led collaborative sessions within a case study group.

Currently, Andrea works as a Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Whitefish Credit Union.

Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for their clients.

Andrea Kaiser completed their education as follows:

- From 2015 to 2017, they attended INALDE Business School and earned an Executive MBA degree.

- In 2010 and 2011, they pursued a Masters in Project Management at Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional.

- From 1998 to 2003, they studied Electronics Engineering at Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia, obtaining a BS degree.

Additionally, Andrea has obtained several certifications, including Oracle Cloud Financials: General Ledger 2022 Implementation Specialist from Oracle in September 2023, Professional Cloud Architect from Google in December 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022, and Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional V6.5 (ACCP) from Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company in 2016, among others.
