Matthew has held various leadership roles in companies such as Tamarack Resort, Mammoth Lakes Tourism, Park City Mountain Resort, and Mount Snow, where they were responsible for branding, marketing, communications, and events. Matthew has also owned their own marketing services company, M.G. Marketing, providing contract services to clients in the resort and event industries. Matthew's expertise includes developing marketing strategies, business analysis, staff leadership, and building strong customer relationships. Matthew is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Whitefish Mountain Resort, where they oversee customer-facing communications, sales strategies, staff development, and revenue-driving sales channels.
