Karlie Dieben is an experienced professional in the field of people and culture, currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Whitehaven Coal since March 2024. Previously, Karlie held positions such as Senior P&C Business Partner at Queensland Treasury Corporation and People and Culture Manager at MOQdigital. Earlier roles include acting General Manager of People and Culture and Senior Human Resources Consultant at the Department of Tourism, Innovation and Sport, as well as various HR positions at Thiess and Rio Tinto - Pacific Aluminium.
