Jason Whiteley, Esq., PMP has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jason currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Whiteley Infrastructure Group, a position they have held since December 2019. Jason is also a Board Member for Appellation Construction Services, Generator Source, and Armenta.

Before their current roles, Jason worked as a Partner in Private Equity M&A at DLA Piper from October 2017 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were a Private Equity Counsel at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where they represented middle-market private equity sponsors in various transactions and provided legal advice on portfolio companies' matters.

Jason started their career as a Private Equity Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in November 2009 and worked there until September 2015. Jason gained experience in leveraged finance and financial modeling as a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs in 2008.

Additionally, Jason served as an Officer in the US Army from May 1999 to April 2005. Overall, their diverse work experience showcases their expertise in leadership, legal counsel, private equity, and finance.

Jason Whiteley, Esq., PMP holds a Juris Doctor degree in Mergers & Acquisitions from Georgetown University Law Center (2005-2009). Jason also obtained a Master of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University during the same period. In 2008, they pursued an ERASMUS program in Law at Charles University. Before that, Jason completed their undergraduate studies in Comparative Politics, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1995-1999).
