Michael Dowdy has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the infrastructure and energy sectors. Currently serving as Facility Assurance/Project Manager at Whiteley Infrastructure Group since February 2023, Michael conducts onsite reviews of facility equipment and documentation. Previously, as Project Engineering & Execution Manager at Shell Pipeline Company from October 2016 to September 2020, Michael led the Project Integrity & Asset Restoration team. Earlier roles include Pipeline Engineer at Shell International Exploration & Production Company, where Michael oversaw the installation of deepwater pipelines on projects exceeding $1 billion, and Project Engineer at Shell Pipeline Company LP, managing the Jack-St Malo Oil Pipeline project valued at $544 million. Michael's career began in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps, where leadership responsibilities spanned construction management and facility operations. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, both from Texas A&M University.
