Amy Henry has worked in the research and strategy field for over 25 years. Amy began their career as an intern at The Bridge For Kids in 1995. Amy then worked as a Senior Account Executive at Leo Burnett from 1997 to 2001. In 2001, they joined The Geppetto Group as an Account Supervisor. In 2004, they moved to Insight Research Group as Vice President, Partner. Amy then worked as Managing Director, Head of Research at The Family Room from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as Vice President Youth Insights at C & R Research. Amy then joined Strottman as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President, Strategic Insights from 2015 to 2018. Most recently, they have been working as Consumer Insights, Research & Strategy at Whitepenny since 2019.

Amy Henry attended Dartmouth College from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a B.A. in English. Amy then attended Harvard Graduate School of Education from 2003 to 2004, earning an EdM. in Human Development and Psychology. Finally, they attended Rutgers University - Camden from 2009 to 2020, earning a PhD. in Childhood Studies.
