Ben Flam has a diverse work experience in various customer success and management roles. Ben began their career at Print Time as a Customer Service Representative from 2005 to 2007. Ben then joined Gartner in 2008 as a Senior Specialist and remained there until 2019. Following that, Ben held the position of Customer Success Manager at Linux Academy from September 2019 to August 2020. Ben then transitioned to A Cloud Guru, where they continued working as a Customer Success Manager from August 2020 to August 2021. Ben joined Info-Tech Research Group as a Member Services Director in August 2021, where they stayed until April 2022. Currently, they are working at Mend as a Customer Success Manager, starting in April 2022.
Ben Flam attended Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in History. In 2015, they also obtained two certifications: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance and Certified Scrum Master from the same institution.
