Rami Elron has extensive work experience spanning several companies and positions. Rami began their career as an Engineer, Developer, and Project Manager at Afek Engineering Projects in 1992. In 1994, they became the Manager of Windows, Technologies, and Development Divisions at John Bryce Training, where they worked for five years. In 1999, they served as the Technical Manager for the Israeli Windows 2000 Rapid Deployment Program by Microsoft. That same year, they also briefly held the position of Chief Technologies Officer at Malam Systems. In 2000, they became the Vice President of the Technologies Division at Omnitech. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at BMC Software as a Senior Systems Architect in the Security Business Unit, then transitioned to become the Senior Development Manager in Cross Business Unit Development. In 2007, they became the Worldwide Enablement Manager in the Identity Management Business Unit at BMC Software. In 2008, they joined IBM as the Senior Product Manager for XIV in the Systems and Technologies Group, and later became the Product Technical Director and Senior Technical Staff Member for Flash and Cloud Storage. Finally, in 2018, they joined Mend as the Senior Director of Product Management, and in 2020, they assumed the role of Senior Director of Product Innovation.
Rami Elron obtained their Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University between the years 1987 and 1991.
