Vincent Mourre

Vincent Mourre is the CEO and co-founder of WhiteSpace Partners, a leading strategic advisory firm for brands and investors in the global foodservice industry, since 2018. As Managing Partner at Mourre Participations, Vincent has established a solid track record in advisory and investment within the restaurant and foodservice sectors across Europe. Experience includes roles such as Non-exec Advisor at wagamama, President of Leaders Club France, and Managing Director for Rossopomodoro in France. Vincent co-founded Mio Padre, an award-winning fast-casual restaurant concept, and has held board positions at Boulangerie de l'Europe and LAG SpA. Early career included servitudes at Toastissimo and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Vincent Mourre holds a Master’s degree in Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master's degree in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
