Gibran Mahmud

Gibran Mahmud is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at WhiteStar Asset Management since 2013. Prior to this, Gibran worked at Ivie as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Acquisitions, and at Highland Capital Management as the Portfolio Manager and Head of Structured Products. With an MBA in Finance from Baylor University, Gibran also has experience as a Vice President at Fleet Capital and as a Senior in Assurance and Business Advisory Practice at Arthur Andersen.
