Jonathan Purdy

Jonathan Purdy currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Trading at WhiteStar Asset Management since December 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Principal and Trader at H.I.G. Capital from May 2013 to December 2022, and as Associate and Trader at ORIX Corporate Capital Proprietary Investing between 2008 and 2013. Jonathan Purdy began a career in finance during an internship at Merrill Lynch Global Private Client in 2007 and also completed a summer internship at Tropic Air Belize in 2006. Jonathan Purdy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, graduating Cum Laude from SMU Cox School of Business in 2008.
