Christine Mastandrea

Christine Mastandrea serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Whitestone REIT since October 2006, where involvement in a 4-member team facilitated the stabilization and remarkable growth of a distressed $150M portfolio, expanding it over 10 times with more than 6 million square feet. Additionally, Mastandrea holds positions as Executive Vice President and Vice President of Corporate Strategy, along with serving as an Adjunct Professor for Commercial Real Estate and Strategic Management at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Prior experience includes Chief Operating Officer roles at Midwest Development and MDC Realty, board membership at Lake Erie College and The Cleveland Clinic's Women's Health Advisory Board, and participation in the International Women's Air & Space Museum. Mastandrea's educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a degree from Calvin University, complemented by FINRA Series 7 certification.
