Jason Bowles

Jason Bowles is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and development. Currently serving as Senior Leasing Manager at Whitestone REIT since November 2013, Jason has received multiple accolades including the Top Producer Award in 2023 and 2022, as well as the CEO Chairman Award in 2018. Previous roles include Senior Leasing Agent and Associate Broker at Pederson Group, Inc., Project Development Manager at Evergreen Devco, Inc., and Leasing & Development Associate at Diversified Realty Services. Jason began their career as a Runner/Research Associate in the Land Department at Grubb & Ellis Company. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The University of Texas Permian Basin, Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University.
