Phil Warren

Phil Warren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and baseball. As a Real Estate Agent at Whitetail Properties Real Estate, LLC since January 2021, Phil specializes in farm, recreational, and country living properties, delivering exceptional client service focused on honesty and professionalism. Co-owning the Grizzlies Baseball Academy since November 2008, Phil supports the St. Louis and Southwestern Illinois area in cultivating baseball talent. Phil's background includes managerial roles with the Gateway Grizzlies Baseball team from November 2006 to March 2021, and prior experience as a professional baseball player with both the Gateway Grizzlies and Chillicothe Paints. Educationally, Phil is pursuing a Remote Pilot SUAS certification while holding a degree in Sport Management with a focus on Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University, and is a graduate of St. John Vianney High School.
